NBF have partnered with The Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) to offer the first ever Pan-African leadership development programme, which is specifically designed to address the leadership challenges in both the private and public sector in Africa. The NEPAD Business Foundations African Leadership Programme (NBF ALP) is an innovative combination of world class academic input, practical business projects and personal leadership development. The programme will run at the Rosebank campus of The Gordon Institute of Business Science from 1-13 November 2009. The course will be an intense 12-day full time study programme that will be followed by a 1 week international study tour. All delegates enrolled for the course will be accommodated at the GIBS facilities.

How to apply
Completed applications should be sent to the NEPAD Business Foundation.

It is the intention to offer scholarships to deserving delegates for the NBF ALP and for this reason sponsorships would be most welcomed. Should your organisation wish to contribute there are a number of ways in which this can be done:

  1. Contributions towards the overall cost of the programme - in order to lower the registration fees per delegate
  2. Sponsor bursaries for targeted delegates at R100 000 per bursary
  3. Sponsorship of particular modules on the programme e.g. Human Capital Development
    1. Cost per day of programme – R150 000
    2. Sponsored modules can be branded by the sponsor
  4. Sponsorship of International study tour - approximately R35 000 per delegate

Should you be interested in supporting any of the above sponsorship options, please contact.
